OUR STORY
Built during a wedding, for every wedding.
Seated With Love started with a simple frustration: planning a wedding meant juggling a dozen disconnected tools, while the venue at the center of it all was left out of the conversation. We set out to fix that.
HOW IT BEGAN
A founder who lived the problem
Our founder created Seated With Love while planning his own wedding. Spreadsheets for the guest list, one app for the registry, another for the seating chart, a separate website builder, and endless email threads with the venue coordinator. Nothing talked to each other, and the venue, the one constant in the whole day, had almost no visibility into any of it.
That experience revealed a gap. Wedding venue software had been built for bookings and contracts, not for the months of planning that follow. Couples filled that gap with third-party tools, and venues lost the relationship, the data, and the revenue that came with it.
OUR MISSION
Modernize planning, venue-first
We believe the venue should sit at the heart of the digital planning journey, not on the sidelines. Seated With Love gives venues a branded portal their couples actually want to use, keeping the entire experience connected, organized, and unmistakably theirs.
The result is a better experience for couples, a stronger reputation for venues, and new revenue that flows back into the venue ecosystem instead of out of it.
WHAT WE STAND FOR
The principles behind the product
Venue at the center
Every feature is designed to keep the venue connected to the couple from booking through the big day.
Effortless for couples
Planning should feel joyful, not administrative. We sweat the details so couples don't have to.
Fair, transparent value
Venues earn more without ever charging couples more. Growth that works for everyone involved.
